We've posted some of our
favorite pics here for you to see! We were so blessed to go to
school in such a beautiful and special place, and to share our
experiences with so many awesome friends!

Michigan Tech's Winter Carnival Special Events. Stef is on the
front of the sled, and Chris is ready to pull on the right. Even
with four less members than the other teams, we almost won!!

Getting ready for some
snowshoeing fun at the Cliffs!! This beautiful spot is the site of the
old Cliff Mine. The first major fissure mine in the Keweenaw, it
produced 38 million pounds of copper before it closed in 1873.
Two cemetaries and several foundations remain at the site.
We barely made it to Brockway
Mountain, near Copper Harbor, in time to see the Easter sunrise over
Lake Superior. Praise God for His beautiful creation!!

We would make a semi- authentic, usually Mexican meal and speak in
Spanish as best we could. It was a great way to remember all that
vocab, and it was fun to hear about the experiencs of our friends who had
studied abroad.

Michigamme. We spent a relaxing weekend here with Stef's family.

before Chris leaves to go back to Escanaba. He spent the
summer there working for Hercules at the NewPage paper mill.

at the Three World Records-breaking event! We made the world's
largest snowball, the world's largest snowball fight, and the greatest
number of snowangels.

could hardly stand! We wrapped ourselves in a blanket, a sleeping
bag, and a tarp before doing Morning Prayer. This is a really special
memory for us. :)

Our reflection in the giant,
shiny lima bean-shaped thing in Chicago's Melinnium park. We
stopped here on our way to visit with Chris' family in May.
